Renewing an enterprise legacy application within one of the largest insurance companies in The Netherlands.
For one of the biggest insurance companies in The Netherlands, I had the opportunity and responsibility to design their policy adminstration application. From the start of the project and the first sketches until hundreds of screens, tamplates and a large, comprehensive styleguide.
More than 20 applications and multiple sub applications per applications, with 10+ screens per sub application on average.
All screens consistently follow the styleguide which was build based on a lot of input from end-users. The end-users (for example functional managers) where constantly involved in the design process and instead of all kinds of 'standard' UX tests, this job asked for a more communicative and open approach: simply have good conversations and more important, listen to them.
